Wedding Photography Services: Plan Now

What types of wedding photography services do you think you’ll need at your upcoming wedding?  Not all couples want the same options as every one else.  Some couples may be planning a big, traditional wedding with all the trimmings.

On the other hand, you might be thinking about holding a grand wedding outdoors, dressed in jeans and t-shirts.  So how do you go about finding the right studio to fit your scheme of things?

Well, it depends on what part of the country you live in.  For those who live in the South-Western region of Pennsylvania, check out Sky’s The Limit Photography.  This isn’t your run of the mill photography studio.  This company can do unique and creative just as easily as they can do basic and traditional.  They can create gorgeous outdoor photos, or they can create an entire line of black and white photos.

You might want to have all your photos put together in a way you can show off at a moment’s notice.  They can do that too.  They can set all your wedding photos as a slide show on a CD Rom, set to the music of your choice.  This way, you can sit back and watch the wedding all over again or show off the pictures to those who couldn’t attend on that day.

As you go about preparing for your future event, think of all the different pictures you’d like to have taken.  With the right wedding photography services, you could have beautiful pictures that will bring back memories for many years to come.

Jess and Tom’s Christmas Card!

Jess and Tom, who did a trash the dress with us back in October, used a shot from the session (one of my personal favorites) for their Christmas card! It was great to see that not only did they use this shot for their card, but they also had a ton of the shots printed and put in a photo album, which looked excellent!

Model Shoot, Sarah, 1-5-10

Did a shoot with Sarah since she recently commissioned a bunch of custom tour outfits from Down with Fashion clothing. We finally got a chance to do a video, it’s nothing stellar but we finally got around to it!

Here are some final shots!

Contemporary Wedding Photography

Having the most contemporary wedding photography at your disposal is the dream of every future bride.  Today’s bride-to-be wants something more than her mother, and even her grandmother, could have ever imagined for their wedding photos.

She wants a photographer who will go beyond the traditional portrait of the bride and groom and create something that will keep others talking for generations.

In the Pittsburgh area, that photography studio is Sky’s The Limit.  With more than 10 years of experience under their belts, this studio can turn the traditional wedding photo into an intimate work of art.

From various views of the bride and groom, to creative projections of the wedding party, the parents, and even the place where the wedding takes place.

Not only can they create beautiful pictures, they can produce them in color or in black and white.  They can do the entire event on video, and can even take all the photos of your wedding and put them together on a CD as a slide show and set the whole thing to your favorite music.

This is a great idea for those who have friends and family that wanted to attend the nuptials, but just couldn’t be there.

Sky’s The Limit Photography wants to help you on your big day.  They want you to see the difference between having nice wedding pictures, and creating original portraits.

Bring the beauty of contemporary wedding photography into your marital plans and you’ll have something to share with the entire world.

Mike and Kim Preview, 1-02-10

So, for our first wedding of the year, we had a total blast. Kim and Mike were an awesome couple and their whole wedding party was a total dream. We had a ton of fun, from photographing Kim getting ready at the Marriott in Robinson, the snaps we took at the beautiful ceremony, braving the eighteen degree weather (brrr), to returning to the Marriott for their stellar reception.

It was a really amazing way to start off 2010 for everyone!

The day began at the Marriott near the Pittsburgh Airport, where Kim and her bridesmaids were getting ready. The girls all looked great, and we got there just in time to photograph Kim getting her hair and make-up done. She looked totally gorgeous! After she and her mom got ready, it was time to put on the dress. Lacing up the back is one of our favorite shots to get, so Kim’s dress was perfect.  After the dress was on, we took a few shots of Kim on the room, which turned out great. Then it was off to the church!

After the ceremony we went out to do photos at the Convention Center and the Pennsylvanian. Despite the freezing temps, the whole bridal party really rocked it! Kim was a total trooper in her strapless dress, and complained less than we did!

Next up was going back to the Marriott for the reception (with DJ Andy Booth, who did an awesome job!), where Kim had a suprise for Mike, an adorable groom’s cake. The venue was stunning, with blue uplighting and these amazing centerpieces with floating candles. We all had a great time, and from the wild activity on the dance floor, it looked like everyone else did too!

Since it was our first wedding of 2010, here’s a larger sneak peek than usual:

Elegant Wedding Photography

Timeless, elegant wedding photography is the dream of almost every bride to be.  No matter the wedding venue, the pictures need to capture the very essence of the entire occasion.

Not just the highlights, but the minute details that normally would have been missed altogether.  That’s why you need a wedding photographer with both modern and traditional ideas.

Depending on where you live, finding the right photographer means running through phone books and newspaper ads.  However, if you live around the Pittsburgh area, check out Sky’s The Limit Photography before rummaging through all those other names.  This studio knows what it takes to create the perfect images of your perfect day, or your perfect night.

It doesn’t matter whether you’re planning a traditional white wedding, or something out of the ordinary.  At Sky’s The Limit, you’re dreams will be brought to life through the use of all the latest in digital photography equipment.

Plus, you can choose from four different wedding packages that will give you exactly what you want at a price you know you can afford.  Each package comes with a complementary engagement photo and a slide show of all your wedding pictures set to the music of your choice.

When it comes to your wedding photos, you’re going to want something that you’ll be proud to show to your children and your grandchildren.  You can take a chance on just any photography studio, or can put your elegant wedding photography needs in the hands of someone who knows the difference between good pictures and great photos.

Model Shoot, Sarah Burgess, 12/28

Yesterday, we had a great shoot with Sarah in the snow. One of our very own photographers made her dress, and everything turned out great. Here are the results:

Jess and Tom, Rock the Dress, 10-31

Our good friends Jess and Tom, who are located just outside of Philadelphia, got married in September and had us do a rock the dress the next month. They were totally awesome, since we had them go to Ringing Rocks State Park, near Upper Black Eddy PA. They hoofed it out to the 8 acre field of boulders, then hiked to Keller’s Cellar (a rock formation in the park) and High Falls. On the drive back home, we found a beautiful field and got some great shots just before the rain came.

Also, expect to see Jess and Tom’s Christmas card, featuring one of our photos, posted later in the week!

Brittany Rotto. Model Shoot, 12-12

More shots of Brittany, we just love shooting together! She and the MUAs brought such a great energy to the shoot and the concepts were awesome. We bought wayyyy too many balloons, which ended up everywhere after the shoot. But the photos turned out excellent!

Sarah Burgess, Model Shoot, 12-11

Our wonderful friend, model and singer Sarah Burgess, did another shoot with us the other day. As usual, we had a ton of fun and got some really great photos. She brought a small portion of her huge wardrobe to play with, here’s a few select shots:
